Environmental Permission

In India all industrial activities classified in four categories on the basis of pollution generation product during production. Red, Orange, Green and White. List of industries update time to time. Most of product in Red and Orange Categories required to obtain Environmental Clearance. All industries in red and orange categories require to obtain Environmental Clearance from EIAA or SEIAA depends on project Categories as per EIA 2006 notification.

Industries not falling under EIA 2006 categories directly apply for Consent to Establish (CTE) respective state or union territory pollution control board. After obtaining CTE industry has to apply for Consent To Operate (CTO).

Process for Obtaining Consent to Establishment from SPCB

List of documents require for Consent to Establish is as follows

3. Approved site plan

4. Company PAN card

5. UDMAY certificate

6. List of product and production Capacity

7. Raw material list and quantity

8. Resource consumption

9. Manufacturing Process

10. Details of Waste Generation
